By accessing and using ItsMe, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

ItsMe grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to create and use AI avatars and generated videos for personal or commercial use, provided you comply with our Acceptable Use Policy. You may not use our technology to create deepfakes of individuals without their explicit, recorded consent.

You retain all ownership rights to the training data (videos/audio) you upload. By uploading content, you grant ItsMe a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process that data solely for the purpose of creating your digital twin and generating videos as requested by you.

You agree not to use ItsMe to generate content that is: (a) unlawful, harmful, or threatening; (b) infringes on intellectual property rights; (c) contains sexually explicit material; (d) promotes hate speech or discrimination.
