Refund Policy

Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time through your dashboard. We offer a 14-day 'no-questions-asked' refund policy for new subscriptions, provided no credits have been used during that period.

Credits are consumed upon avatar creation and video generation. Once credits are used, they are non-refundable as they represent processing power and API costs incurred by ItsMe.

If a video generation fails due to a technical error on our side, the credits will be automatically refunded to your balance. If the error persists, please contact support for a manual review.

Upon cancellation of a subscription, you will maintain access to your remaining credits and features until the end of your current billing cycle.
